A brand new tie, an “I Love Dad” mug, or an early tee time are all great ideas on Father’s Day, but take the day one step further and dine with that special dad at Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. Brunch will be served throughout the day on Sunday June 17, 2012.
In celebration of fathers and family, Executive Chef Marco Fossati has created a seasonal Father’s Day brunch with grilled specialties. The feast will include three courses, with choices within each course, for USD 68.00 per guest. A children’s menu will be available for younger diners, and will include summer fare.
Chef Marco Fossati, who grew up in Genoa, Italy cooking alongside his grandfather says of Father’s Day at Quattro, “It is an honor to cook for families – I love hand selecting special touches for this menu, sharing my passion for cooking, and remembering family.”
